About Primed Agency

Primed Agency is a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace growth agency helping ambitious consumer brands scale their sales across Amazon, TikTok Shop and eBay.

We work with established and emerging brands across health, fitness, food, lifestyle and other consumer product categories, delivering marketplace strategy, advertising, creative optimisation and account management.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team in Bristol.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of established client accounts, work alongside experienced marketplace specialists and play a key role in driving growth for ambitious brands.

The Role, Amazon Account Manager

This is a client-facing, commercially focused Account Manager position for someone who already understands Amazon Seller Central and is confident managing client relationships and marketplace performance.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of Amazon accounts, working closely with our PPC, creative and operations teams to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Own day-to-day relationships with Amazon clients, acting as their primary point of contact and building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Amazon Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement account growth strategies focused on increasing revenue, improving profitability and expanding market share.
  • Amazon Seller Central: Confidently manage Seller Central accounts, including catalogue management, listing optimisation, account health and operational performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising performance and other key metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Advertising & PPC: Work closely with our dedicated PPC team to align advertising activity with wider account objectives and commercial targets.
  • Listing & Content Optimisation: Coordinate improvements to product listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores and SEO to maximise visibility and conversion.
  • Client Communication: Lead regular client meetings, present performance reports and confidently communicate strategies, recommendations and results.
  • Project Management: Coordinate internal teams, manage priorities and ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client accounts, taking ownership of solutions and recommendations.
About You We're looking for someone who combines hands-on Amazon experience with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, either agency-side or in-house.
  • A strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including SEO, listing optimisation, advertising and account performance.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon accounts, brands or product categories.
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients, leading meetings and managing expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to take ownership of your work.
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and marketplace growth.
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
  • Experience working within an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
  • Experience using Amazon analytics tools such as Helium 10.
  • Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, eBay or other e-commerce platforms.
A degree is not required. Relevant experience, communication skills and the ability to deliver results matter far more to us.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Salary review following successful probation.
  • 28 days' annual holiday.
  • Hybrid working, 2 days in our Bristol office and 3 days working remotely.
  • The opportunity to manage established consumer brands and make a genuine impact on their growth.
  • Support from dedicated PPC, creative and marketplace specialists.
  • Ongoing professional development and exposure to multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and the founder.
  • Clear opportunities to progress into team leadership positions as the agency expands.
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Why Join Primed? We're building an ambitious agency with significant plans for growth, and we're looking for people who want to grow alongside us.

Unlike roles where Account Managers are simply responsible for passing messages between clients and delivery teams, we want our Account Managers to be commercially minded marketplace experts who take real ownership of their clients' success.

You'll have the support of specialist teams while retaining the autonomy to develop strategies, build relationships and directly influence client performance.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a rapidly growing e-commerce agency.
