Amazon Seller Central Consultant — Organic Growth, market expansion to EU & US (Part-Time, Ongoing)

About Us

We're an established small Amazon brand selling through organic search and listing performance only, we don't currently run any PPC or paid advertising. We have many old listings for FBM but have been improving listing quality one Parent SKU at a time before switching to FBA We currently have 4 products selling FBA in the UK and want to increase this number and expand to EU & USA. We have accounts in the EU and US with one product currently live in USA. We've grown steadily by focusing on product listing fundamentals and now utilising FBA. We're are now looking for an experienced consultant to help us scale further, troubleshoot the inevitable Amazon issues that arise and gain sales across the EU & US.

What We Need Help With

We're looking for a fractional Amazon consultant for approximately 10 hours per month, ongoing, to support us with:

•Listing optimization - improving titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ Content, and images to lift organic rank and conversion rate of each SKU as we prepare to switch it to FBA

• Geographic expansion - advice on expanding into new Amazon marketplaces (EU, US, or others), including account setup considerations, translation/localisation, and marketplace-specific compliance/taxes etc

• Account health and best practices - flagging issues with inventory, reviews, suppression risks, or policy compliance before they become problems

• Organic growth strategy - practical recommendations for ranking improvement that don't rely on paid traffic, since we're intentionally holding off on PPC for now.

• Increasing AOV - by introducing multi but discounts or other strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience growing Amazon FBA accounts primarily through organic/listing-led strategies, not just PPC management

• Track record with multi-marketplace expansion (e.g., launching a UK brand into EU or US Amazon marketplaces)

• Strong grasp of Amazon SEO: keyword research, indexing, A+ Content, and conversion-rate optimisation

• Clear communicator who can explain recommendations simply and prioritise the highest-impact work within a limited monthly hour allocation

• We are looking for someone who can support us on an ongoing part-time basis, without needing lots of live meetings, and who can work independently, communicate clearly, and make good use of limited retained time.

Engagement Details

• Hours: ~10 hours/month, ongoing (not a one-off project)

• Structure: Open to a flat monthly retainer or hourly billing, happy to discuss what works best

• Start: Looking to begin as soon as a good fit is found, with an initial audit of our current listings and account as the first deliverable

To Apply

Please share relevant experience with organic-first Amazon growth and any examples of FBA accounts you've helped expand into new marketplaces or product lines. We're not looking for a PPC specialist for this role. Please highlight your experience in organic/listing optimisation and marketplace expansion specifically.
