Bartender – Skilled Worker Sponsorship

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our Client's restaurant in Central London. 

Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

  • Handle customer payments and operate the till accurately.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Good level of spoken English.
