About the role

Welcome to Opticians Product team and the opportunity to join the biggest ongoing transformational project in Boots Opticians, the new Opticians Practice Management System. We are a small team but one that understands the importance of getting this right for our colleagues and our customers to bring a simple, more efficient way of working in our stores.

Key responsibilities

  • With line manager support, collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure communications are released in line with PMS releases.
  • Responsible for the creation of PMS store communication and colleague engagement content.
  • Use learnings from the testing to inform the training materials and communications for stores.
  • Support the update and creation of training materials.
  • Use the appropriate medium to help in the success of the communications.
  • Seek insights and feedback to ensure further successful delivery of communications.

What you\'ll need to have

  • Previous experience of working within the optical market or Boots Opticians store.
