Business Growth Associate | Student | Startup | Remote

PeakTew is a social media app aiming to connect more people with the real world. Our team consists of passionate individuals from over a dozen different countries. This offer is aimed at those willing to take part in a startup project during their free time to learn more about the professional world and gain international work experience. This implies being ready to commit some time every week to the project.

As a Business Growth Associate, you will contribute to the app's market implementation and development.

Your missions:

  • You will support the Business Department by researching and implementing effective market penetration strategies to reach and engage our target audiences.
  • You will identify, contact, pitch, and maintain relationships with influencers and public figures to expand brand awareness and grow our community.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership opportunities, track performance metrics, and continuously refine outreach tactics to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • You will attend weekly meetings to discuss your progress and eventual hurdles and to learn the latest news about PeakTew.
This is an online job, meaning that you would be working remotely. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need. This job will also be unpaid as PeakTew is a student-led project that isn’t (yet) generating revenue.

This opportunity will enable you to:

  • Gain international work experience (valuable on your resume).
  • Expand your global network, primarily in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Receive high-quality mentorship (hard/soft skills & languages).
  • Obtain the opportunity to become a permanent employee in a future Unicorn Company.

Competencies required:

  • Proficient English level (PeakTew operates in English)
  • Be a business student or of a similar academic background, with the required skills
  • Autonomous mindset (ability to have excellent communication and teamwork)
  • Quick learner & Outside-of-the-box thinker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with technical and business team members
At PeakTew, we value anyone with true motivation and work consistency. This implies that you do not have to master your skills or have performed several work experiences before. Everyone is here to learn!

If you are passionate about the startup environment and ready to challenge yourself with an ambitious and international project, join our dynamic and growing team on this fabulous adventure!
