<strong>Purpose of Position<br><br></strong>Act as Pilot in Command / Co-pilot , while providing the best customer service possible in order to ensure safe operations and customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Tasks And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Carry out all the duties of Aircraft Commander/Co-Pilot to ensure the safety of all flights and passengers, in accordance with the aircraft Flight Manual, all company Standard Operating Procedures and applicable legislation;</li><li>Focus on the safe and efficient operation of the flight in accordance with company procedures;</li><li>Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check of both the geographical position of the aircraft and its safe terrain clearance;</li><li>Carry out all operational procedures and checklists, in accordance with the Airplane Flight Manual, Operations Manuals and as determined by the commander of the flight;</li><li>Report any occurrence or incident that has endangered or may have endangered safety;</li><li>Report any fault, failure, malfunction or defect which he/she believes may affect the airworthiness or safe operation of the aeroplane;</li><li>Provide the best customer service possible at all times to the customer thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong>Not Specified<br><br><strong>Certifications and Licenses<br><br></strong><strong>Years Of Experience<br><br></strong>Not Specified<br><br><strong>Core Competencies<br><br></strong>Service-Oriented<br><br>Curiosity<br><br>Collaboration<br><br>Adaptability<br><br>Strives For Positive Results<br><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other (KSAOs)<br><br></strong><ul><li>PIC = Min. 3000h Flight Time | Co-pilot = Min. 1500h Flight Time;</li><li>Full UK CAA Part-FCL ATPL (frozen for Co-pilot) with Type-rating on a Cessna Citation CE-560XL, advantage for XLS+ differences;</li><li>UK Class 1 medical certificate;</li><li>Clear demonstration of excellent performance;</li><li>Extensive global flight experience;</li><li>Strong commercial aviation background in a UK CAA, EASA and/or military air transport environment;</li><li>Military or airline training is an advantage;</li><li>Fluency in English (preferably level 6);</li><li>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.</li></ul>
