As a Client Account Lead at Senior Manager level, you will be the primary growth driver and strategic relationship owner for a portfolio of public sector clients within the customer experience and digital transformation space. This is a commercially accountable, client-facing leadership role - you own the relationship, the revenue, and the outcomes.

Client leadership & growth

Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships across Qatar's public sector - spanning government entities, semi-government bodies, and national programs - across marketing transformation, customer experience, and digital channels.
Act as the trusted strategic advisor to senior public sector stakeholders translating national priorities and citizen experience challenges into commercially structured solutions.
Identify, shape, and close new opportunities across consulting, operations, and digital workstreams within existing accounts.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and account planning with a focus on long-term expansion.

Solutioning & delivery

Define and bring to market integrated solutions that combine Accenture's consulting, technology, creative, and operations capabilities - tailored to the governance and procurement frameworks of Qatar's public sector.
Lead cross-functional pursuit and delivery teams - bridging strategy, data, and technology disciplines into a coherent client offer.
Maintain accountability for delivery quality, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction across all active engagements.
Proactively address delivery risks and escalations, acting as the executive sponsor when needed.

Market & industry positioning

Develop a deep understanding of Qatar's public sector landscape - national digital initiatives, citizen-facing transformation programmes, and the regulatory environment shaping government modernisation.
Contribute to Accenture's Qatar and MEA go-to-market strategy through thought leadership, offer development, and client-facing eminence.
Represent Accenture in senior government forums, national events, and leadership conversations.

Qualifications and experience

  • Extensive experience in client leadership, account management, or business development - with a meaningful portion in or serving the public sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts at a senior level, ideally within a top-tier consulting, systems integration, or professional services environment.
  • Deep familiarity with Qatar's public sector landscape - including government procurement processes, stakeholder structures, and the digital transformation agenda being driven across ministries and national entities.
  • Experience engaging at C-suite and senior government level, with the credibility and presence to influence decision-makers and navigate institutional complexity.
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to structure deals, lead negotiations, and own P&L accountability across a portfolio.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, and data-driven service delivery in a government context - including e-government platforms, citizen experience programmes, and smart city initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and operations in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with GCC public sector procurement frameworks and contracting norms - including experience with government bodies such as Kahramaa, Ashghal, or MDPS is an advantage.
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous; strong English communication is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
