The Team and Role:

The role will sit within Logitech’s Digital Office group, partnering closely with marketing, technology, brands, and analytics to enable a data-driven consumer experience.

We are seeking a high-impact Consumer Data Platform (CDP) & Marketing Activation Lead. You will architect consumer data strategies, orchestrate complex audience segmentations, and drive high-quality data activation to catalyze global business growth.

In this role, your core responsibilities will fall into three main pillars:

Strategy & Consumer Experience

  • Drive a data-driven culture: Establish a unified understanding of the consumer data model across all marketing, tech, and brand stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate journeys: Leverage advanced segmentation to enable personalized customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities that drive retention and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Empower business users: Serve as the primary CDP subject matter expert, developing frameworks and rules of engagement that allow non-technical teams to interface with the platform and self-serve safely.
  • Translate requirements: Capture business needs and translate them into actionable user stories for technical delivery.

Platform Operations & Analytics

  • Own the activation process: Manage the end-to-end creation, optimization, and delivery of audience segments to destinations like Marketing Automation, Paid Media, and Web Personalization.
  • Analyze and refine: Continuously evaluate segment composition, campaign relevance, and platform insights to improve targeting precision.
  • Troubleshoot: Act as the first line of defense for segmentation and activation issues, partnering directly with vendor support when necessary.

Data and Process Governance

  • Maintain data integrity: Monitor inbound and outbound data flows to ensure accurate ingestion and delivery.
  • Govern first-party data : Keep activated audience data organized, compliant, and up-to-date according to privacy regulations and consent management rules.
  • Standardize taxonomy: Define and document global guidelines, naming conventions, and a business data catalog to provide a single source of truth across the enterprise.
  • Document processes: Define and document clear guidelines for building audiences.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Consumer Data Platform and Marketing Technologies, or related fields.
  • Deep familiarity with the consumer data model, unified consumer view, and consumer lifecycle for the retail industry.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and strategies.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, consent management, and privacy regulations for first-party data usage in marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance analysis and reporting, including experience with analytics tools to derive actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork across technical and business units.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications in these platforms are highly desirable).
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven methodologies to scale personalized experiences and unlock new growth frontiers.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and optimization.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a bias for action.

  • Drives alignment across globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Balances business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Builds strong partnerships across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business stakeholders, and collaborates closely with external vendors on project tasks and execution.
  • Challenges legacy processes and platforms while managing risk thoughtfully.
