  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience

  • Maintain the highest of standards across our data platforms

  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and pipeline tracking

  • Represent the Arcavia Consulting brand with integrity and credibility at all times

About You

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent partner, ideally within the built environment (e.g. construction, property, infrastructure, design)

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, contract‑based environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior clients

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Professional, consultative communication style

  • Able to manage multiple roles and priorities without compromising quality

  • Experience working with recruitment systems and sourcing tools

  • Capable of fostering and contributing to a remote-first culture.

What We Offer

  • Remote working with flexible hours

  • Contract engagement with scope for extension

  • Opportunity to work with a respected, niche consultancy

  • Exposure to high‑quality clients and assignments across the built environment

  • A collaborative, no‑noise culture focused on outcomes and long‑term relationships

  • An opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling business on a long-term basis.
