We have a number of brand new, fabulous opportunities for experienced Cruise Consultants to join a multi-award winning, progressive travel organisation as they continue to expand their team.

If you have a proven track record within cruise sales, selling brands including Cunard, Celebrity, P&O, Virgin, Princess, RCCL, Holland America, NCL, MSC Yacht club, this is your chance to work for one of the best in the industry!

Our client is a big believer that the “devil is in the detail” and are looking for those who are able to offer exceptional levels of service and a highly personalised approach. Your own cruise experience is also important, as you’ll be guiding your customers, making recommendations based on your experiences on board, to ensure they enjoy their ultimate cruise holiday.

On offer is a generous starting salary of £26k, rising to £28.5k after 3 months plus excellent uncapped earnings and benefits including ship visits, fam trips, private medical insurance, concessions towards your own holiday, 33 days annual leave and more!

Our client\\\'s opening hours are Mon – Sun, 9am – 7pm, on a rota basis and the role can be fully remote.

For those with managerial experience, there will also be the opportunity to progress to a Team Leader position quickly, which will also offer excellent earning potential.

Role of Cruise Connoisseur:

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Offering excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships
  • Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice
  • Build, nurture and grow an engaged database.
  • Generate your own sales leads via social media channels
  • Convert company generated leads following a tried and tested sales process

Skills required for the role:

  • Customer focused with a relentless approach to providing customers with a world class pre and post booking experience
  • Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Confident and engaging personality
  • Personal cruise experience is a huge advantage
