Customer Relationship & Sales Advisor

The Home Shutter Company Ltd supplies and installs high-quality, made-to-measure wooden window shutters to transform homes and businesses. Based in Watford, the company serves customers across London, Hertfordshire, and the Home Counties. We are dedicated to providing bespoke solutions tailored to each client\'s needs, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship & Sales Advisor. The advisor will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, and closing sales. The role also involves providing training to customers on product usage and care.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Strong Sales skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to provide effective Training on product usage
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
