Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently. Meet individual and team performance targets, including service levels and response times.
