This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the centre of the business Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Own demand forecasting across DTC, retail, and marketplaces
  • Translate demand into clear, executable supply plans
  • Take full ownership of S&OP end-to-end
  • Lead Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP forums
  • Balance availability, inventory, cash, and growth
  • Partner closely with Ops, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing
  • Make risks, trade-offs, and assumptions visible and actionable

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP
  • Has worked with FMCG / consumer brands (ideal but not essential)
  • Is confident owning cross-functional processes
  • Loves turning messy data into clear decisions
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Why Tonic?

  • Fully remote working with flexibility and 25 days annual leave + the usual bank holidays
  • Occasional travel for team and planning sessions
