We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Early Years Educators & assistants to support a range of nurseries across the UK.

Who Can Apply

  • Unqualified candidates with a minimum of 6 months UK childcare experience
  • Level 2 Early Years Educators
  • Level 3 (or above) Nursery Educators

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months recent experience in a UK childcare setting (paid or voluntary)
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
  • Flexibility to travel to local nursery settings
  • Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the care and development of children aged 0–5 years
  • Assisting with activities that promote learning through play
  • Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
  • Supporting daily nursery routines including mealtimes, naps, and outdoor play
  • Following safeguarding and early years policies and procedures
  • Working collaboratively with nursery teams

Compliance

All successful applicants will be required to complete safeguarding and compliance checks, including references, right to work verification, and a DBS application where required.
