Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Estimator/Sales professional. The Estimator/Sales specialist will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include analysing project requirements, preparing and delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing cost estimates and analysing project requirements
  • Proven sales skills and experience in developing sales strategies
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations and standards is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field

NOTE: this is starting at 30 hours per week and depending on results will possibly move to 40 hours per week.
