You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing face to face care either in a base clinic location, at the patient’s home (home visiting) and/or remote telephone consultations from a Trust location. You’ll be working at one of our base sites in Bicester, Banbury, Oxford, Witney, Abingdon or Henley (with some ability to cross cover).
