Arvoa is a fashion technology company building an AI powered wardrobe platform for consumers and professional stylists.

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Fashion Growth Marketing Intern to support the growth of the Arvoa brand, community and customer base.

This opportunity is designed for someone seeking practical experience in fashion growth marketing, with the chance to build portfolio work and contribute to live projects.

You will work closely with the founders and support campaigns promoting Arvoa’s consumer platform and Arvoa Professional, our dedicated platform for personal stylists and luxury personal shoppers.

This role is suited to someone at the beginning of their marketing career who understands fashion, digital culture and social media, and is ready to develop their skills through practical responsibility and direct involvement in the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of growth marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email and other digital channels.
  • Create, edit and schedule engaging content that communicates Arvoa’s brand, product features and value.
  • Research fashion, personal styling, technology and social media trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
  • Assist with outreach to personal stylists, personal shoppers, fashion professionals, potential partners and beta users.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters and community communications.
  • Write clear and engaging copy for social media posts, website pages, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic and conversions.
  • Assist with SEO research and website content optimisation to improve Arvoa’s online visibility.
  • Support the creation of presentations, pitch materials and business marketing resources for Arvoa Professional.
  • Help manage the content calendar and ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Share creative ideas for increasing brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement and community growth.
  • Support general marketing administration, research and project coordination when required.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, Communications or a related subject.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, personal styling, technology and digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
  • Experience creating social media content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, website management or digital advertising is beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable reviewing analytics and using performance data to improve content and campaigns.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage several responsibilities at once.
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment.
  • Able to work independently, communicate clearly and respond positively to guidance and feedback.
