For this role OpenTrain is the hiring and contracting organization. Creating an OpenTrain account is free and lets you apply, track work, and centralize your AI training experience.

Why AI training work matters

AI systems learn from examples prepared and reviewed by people. Work like document evaluation, response ranking, and model feedback directly shapes how business-focused AI tools behave.

This kind of work is often fully remote, flexible, and accessible: many projects need subject-matter familiarity, attention to detail, and clear communication rather than formal technical degrees.

The role

OpenTrain is hiring a French-speaking Business Document AI Review Expert to evaluate AI-generated business deliverables—presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets—and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve quality for business users.

You will work independently and remotely, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to recreate business scenarios, test model outputs, and document recurring issues that affect professional use.

What you'll do

Daily work focuses on assessing AI-written business content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and professional tone, then recording structured feedback that helps improve models and workflows.

  • Review AI-generated business documents for precision, relevance, and professional quality.
  • Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to work through scenarios, presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Deliver structured feedback and actionable recommendations on model outputs.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to improving consistency of business-focused AI systems.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, meeting weekly or project milestones as required.

Requirements

You must meet the core qualifications below; these reflect skills used directly in the work.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
  • Fluency in French (reading and writing) — role-specific collaboration is in French.
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce and assess polished business deliverables.
  • Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing or critiquing AI-generated business documents and practical familiarity with AI tools, AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation are helpful for success.

Who should apply

This role fits analysts, consultants, business managers, finance professionals, marketing leads, or operations specialists who are fluent in French and comfortable working with common business software.

If you enjoy improving how AI writes for business users and can translate domain knowledge into concise, structured feedback, you'll be a strong candidate.

Compensation, schedule, and scope

Employment type: Contractor, Part-time. Time commitment: 20+ hours per week.

Pay: USD $20–$70 per hour (rates vary by task and experience; posted rate supports higher rates up to $70/hr). Work is remote and open to applicants worldwide who meet the language requirement.

  • Data type: Text; typical label tasks include evaluation ratings and text generation/editing.
  • You will use business software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as part of evaluations.

How it works / How to apply

Create a free OpenTrain account, complete your profile, and apply through the platform. Your profile should highlight relevant business experience, examples of document work, and French language proficiency.

Successful applicants will be contracted by OpenTrain AI and receive task instructions, evaluation rubrics, and examples to calibrate work. You will submit ratings and written feedback using provided tools and templates.

  • Prepare examples of business documents or prior reviews if available — these can make your application stronger.
  • OpenTrain provides onboarding materials and examples so you can align with evaluation standards before starting paid tasks.
