Job Title: Handyperson / Cleaner

We are currently looking to recruit someone for a joint post as a Handyperson / Cleaner.

Handyperson Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all residents receive a high-quality, responsive, and proactive handyperson service.
  • Complete minor and non-urgent tasks in maintenance and repair of apartments and communal spaces.

Court Cleaner Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in public/communal areas within the Court.
  • Support the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building trade or part of a handyperson service.
  • Experience using power tools and sharp equipment.
  • Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and decorating tasks.
  • Ability to identify repairs early to prevent danger or higher costs.

Additional Details:

15 hours as Handyperson at £15.93/hour & 5 hours as Cleaner at £14.52/hour. Coverage needed for annual leave of domestic cleaner.
