High-Ticket Sales Closer for Conscious Tech Agency (DFY App Ecosystems | £50K Offers)

Wesion is a boutique Web5-powered creative agency and conscious tech movement that cares about Planet, People & Peoples Purpose while helping founders, coaches, and communities build sovereign, purpose‑driven digital ecosystems.

We design and deliver Done‑For‑You (DFY) and Done‑With‑You (DWY) solutions that merge technology, purpose, and profit, giving our clients their own all‑in‑one platforms for their communities, services, products, courses, payments and growth.

Our DFY offer (£50K) is a premium, values‑aligned solution that saves founders years of trial, error, and tech stress while helping them scale their vision ethically and consciously.

This is a humanitarian project where all revenues generated are recycled to help smaller social impact projects grow, with the big vision to close the financial chasm between the rich and the poor. By giving everyone on this planet access to clean drinking water, GMO/Pesticide‑free food, and a dry, warm roof over their head.

Our mission is to build 3,000 100% net‑positive eco‑villages globally. For far too long, capitalism and hierarchy has ruled the world; we have the solution for everyday people without big budgets to take their power back, without social classes, labels or hierarchy!

We believe a world‑class education is your birthright and should be completely freely available, along with time‑saving tools and 100% passive income. It’s a very unique concept that has not been done before and is already starting to build a lot of traction in the marketplace.

This boutique DFY service powers that mission!

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced High‑Ticket Sales Closer to help us grow our DFY division by connecting with cold & warm leads and converting aligned prospects into clients.

You\'ll be joining a mission‑driven movement that already attracts creators, investors, and conscious entrepreneurs worldwide.

Your job is to:

  • Confidently present our £50K DFY offer and its impact
  • Handle objections with empathy and precision
  • Guide clients through the decision process and close deals
  • Work directly with the founder and creative director to refine messaging and process

Commission‑based (10–50%) per sale, with clear pathways to retainer‑based roles for top performers.

Bonuses for hitting milestones and introducing strategic partners.

You’re not just a salesperson, you’re a trusted advisor. You understand how to sell high‑value offers by connecting deeply with people’s vision and pain points.

You are:

  • ✅ Experienced in high‑ticket B2B or agency sales (£10K–£50K range)
  • ✅ Skilled in emotional intelligence, story‑led selling, and consultative approaches
  • ✅ Aligned with conscious business, personal growth, or impact‑driven industries
  • ✅ Fluent in English with exceptional communication and follow‑up discipline
  • ✅ Confident on video calls (Zoom, Loom, or Skool)
  • ✅ Self‑motivated and able to deliver results with minimal supervision

You’ll represent one of the most forward‑thinking creative agencies of the next decade, merging AI, Web5, and community empowerment.
