As a Home Care Worker , you will support clients with a range of daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in healthcare with full support, training, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist clients with mobility, medication reminders, and mealtime support.
Carry out domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
Monitor client health and report changes in condition to supervisors.
Maintain accurate care records in compliance with company policies.
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
Follow all safeguarding protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely committed to helping others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of health and safety, hygiene, and care standards.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently or in a team.
A valid UK or international drivers licence is desirable but not essential.
Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for overseas applicants).
Experience
Previous experience in a care, healthcare, or support role is preferred but not essential.
Full training provided for individuals new to the sector.
Experience working with elderly individuals or people with disabilities is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Shift patterns may include early mornings or late evenings depending on client needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development.

Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with care regulations.
