<p>We're recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for a well-established manufacturing and engineering business in East Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that requires an experienced finance professional to provide hands-on support during a busy period.</p><p>Working closely with the senior finance team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and helping to drive continuous improvement across financial processes.</p> Key responsibilities <ul><li>Preparation of monthly management accounts</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Cash flow reporting and analysis</li><li>Supporting year-end and audit requirements</li><li>Business partnering with operational stakeholders</li><li>Leading and developing a small finance team</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting</li></ul> About you <p>You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or a qualified by experience finance professional with a proven track record in a similar role.</p><p>You'll also have:</p><ul><li>Strong management accounting experience</li><li>Excellent Excel skills</li><li>The ability to work independently and quickly build relationships</li><li>A proactive, hands-on approach</li><li>Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment would be advantageous</li></ul> The package <ul><li>Up to <strong>£60,000</strong> (or equivalent)</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Immediate start</li><li>Interim contract with the potential for extension</li><li>Opportunity to join a respected and growing business with a supportive culture</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KI%2fD3cc3TAQUXbkUS9lJVAe" width="0" height="0" />
