IT Services Delivery Coordinator

Role

The IT Services Delivery Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, and service improvements across critical operational environments.

Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party suppliers, ensuring requirements are captured, communicated, and delivered effectively.

Support project planning, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.

Coordinate change management activities, including impact assessments, scheduling, implementation tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Provide technical support for business-critical IT systems, assisting with deployments, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain service continuity.

Assist in the creation of project documentation, including business requirements, Statements of Work (SoWs), project plans, and service transition documentation.

Monitor and report on project progress, service performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement.

Coordinate user onboarding, access provisioning, and operational readiness activities in line with project delivery timelines.

Support training, user engagement, and adoption of new systems and technology solutions.

Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate during major incidents and service restoration activities, ensuring effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Support resource planning and coordinate activities across multiple IT initiatives to ensure successful delivery.

Profile

The IT Services Delivery Coordinator will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years' experience in an IT Service Delivery, IT Project Coordination, or IT Support role.

Experience supporting IT services within aviation, emergency services, government, defence, or other safety-critical operational environments is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of IT service delivery, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Experience working with SaaS platforms and enterprise IT environments.

Good understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Request, and Change Management, with exposure to ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow beneficial.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical and service delivery outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, and data protection best practices.
