Junior Copywriter

The best writing job a graduate can get. Direct response copywriting at Malaberg allows for creative freedom, intellectual stimulation and serious earning potential.

In one word, what we do is persuasion. Turning genuine wants and needs into sales through punchy, irresistible writing. Everything you write must have a strong, measurable outcome. We know what we spend on ads and we know what we make back, so we can track, pound for pound, the earning power of your words.

What do our copywriters do?

We find creative ways to turn curiosity into action. We research markets, dig into the minds of potential customers, and figure out what drives buying decisions.

We specialise in long-form narratives designed to direct someone to purchase. This includes adverts for Meta and Google, scripts for our ambassadors, email campaigns, landing pages and website copy. We test ideas constantly and scale what works.

What are we looking for?

Experience is not important. We are looking for a spark, a certain something you did not learn at university because it cannot be taught. We want raw creativity, fresh ideas and new ways of telling old stories.

The bar is high. Many will not get through our recruitment process, which we constantly refine to make sure there is true alignment before we offer a place on our paid 8-week training programme.

  • Dedication and tenacity
  • A willingness to take on board direct feedback
  • Incorporating AI into your daily workflows
  • Obsessing over ideas until your message clicks

It is not for everyone, and that is fine. But for the right person, there is a space on our team.
