EARNINGS
Commission-only for the first 2 weeks.
Weekly pay during this period.
After a successful 2 weeks:
Monthly basic salary
Uncapped commission
Earn up to £400 per qualified lead
Your performance = your income.

THE ROLE (100% WORK FROM HOME)
Fully remote.
Outbound calling to customers of major UK life insurance providers
Target: 250+ outbound calls per day
Booking life insurance policy reviews
Using proven scripts and CRM systems
Full training and onboarding provided
This is a sales role, not customer service.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Proven telesales / call centre sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
Track record of working to targets and KPIs
Confident handling objections and closing deals
Own computer/laptop and headset
Reliable internet & quiet home workspace
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Highly motivated and income-driven
