Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the customer journey, optimizing performance funnels, and ensuring successful outcomes for some of the largest and most exciting events in digital commerce.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support the execution of large-scale promotional event marketing campaigns, particularly during key seasonal periods.</li><li>Drive onsite merchandising and customer funnel engagement initiatives to improve discovery, conversion, and retention.</li><li>Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across onsite placements and outbound communication channels.</li><li>Coordinate and launch customer-facing communications across various digital channels, including email and push notifications.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.</li><li>Monitor campaign operations, troubleshoot execution issues, and maintain high quality standards across all customer touchpoints.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must-Have Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or related fields.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.</li><li>Intermediate level experience in onsite/outbound merchandising.</li><li>Intermediate level experience in marketing strategy.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience supporting digital commerce or retail marketing campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.</li><li>Experience working with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.</li><li>Familiarity with Tech /AI solutions or graphic design.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Client Description<br><br></strong>Our Client is a FTSE 100, multinational technology company no longer known for just one thing.
