We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid social campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of clients, gain exposure to different industries, and develop your skills alongside an experienced team.

The Role

You will work closely with the Head of Paid Social and other media specialists to manage campaigns across multiple social platforms. You will be involved in the full process, from planning and setup to analysis and reporting.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years of paid social experience who is ready to step up, learn fast, and contribute to high-performance campaigns.

What You\\\'ll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Support tracking of client account performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insight and recommendations
  • Assist with campaign analysis and brief writing for creative and strategic work
  • Collaborate with other media team members to improve campaign results and share learnings
  • Support the Head of Paid Social with client communication, campaign planning and optimisation recommendations
  • Assist with strategy development for both new and existing clients
  • Audit client accounts to identify areas for improvement
  • Learn to forecast campaign results and outcomes
  • Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and best practices

You Should Be

  • Experienced in paid social, with 1-2 years working in a similar role
  • Familiar with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads platforms
  • Confident reporting using platform tools, with a basic understanding of GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Able to demonstrate involvement in campaigns that met or exceeded KPIs
  • Comfortable with campaign planning and management fundamentals
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Aware of digital marketing strategy principles and basic forecasting methods
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks across different clients
  • A clear communicator with strong time management and presentation skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive in seeking new skills, and collaborative in working with internal teams
