  • Create attractive presentations and proposals using our designs, products and previous projects.
  • Prepare quotations with the team, explain options and confidently ask for the booking.
  • Proactively chase outstanding proposals and keep prospective clients engaged.
  • Confirm bookings, issue invoices and follow up deposits and outstanding payments.
  • Use our CRM system to manage leads, record customer communications, track sales opportunities and schedule follow-ups.
  • Coordinate installation dates, access arrangements and customer requirements with our decorating teams.
  • Take ownership of each booking from first enquiry through to installation, keeping customers informed throughout.
  • Arrange decoration removals and follow up customers about future bookings.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, customer service or a role combining sales and administration.
  • A track record of converting enquiries into bookings or sales.
  • Confidence making calls and following up persistently and professionally.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several bookings at once.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confidence creating presentations in PowerPoint, Canva or similar software.
  • A good understanding of CRM systems and the ability to learn and confidently use our CRM to manage the complete customer journey.
  • Good working knowledge of email, spreadsheets and online calendars.
  • The ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Reliable internet and a suitable workspace for telephone calls and remote working.

Experience in Christmas decorating, events, interiors or installation services would be an advantage.
