£26,000.00 - £28,000 per year (Dependant on years of insurance experience) + monthly bonus based on performance

Location: Rainham, Essex (4 days in office, Fridays from home after induction training completed)

MUST have minimum 1-year recent solid experience in MOTOR insurance (call centre, broker or customer service background). This role requires motor insurance experience and cannot accept candidates who do not have this.

You’ll be part of the dynamic motor insurance team, helping customers choose the right cover and giving them a great experience from start to finish. You’ll be trusted to bring your expertise, contribute ideas and grow with us as we continue expanding.

Salary: Starting at £26,000 - £28,000
Bonus: Monthly % bonus based on performance + teamwork
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends!)
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays ((rising to 30 with service))
