North Cheam - Customer Care for Closers (until 2am)

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within weekdays and weekends, including shifts during evenings and late nights. Please only apply if you can meet these requirements.

Please note - due to the nature of this role involving late-night shifts (until 2am), applicants must be aged 18 or over in line with Working Time Regulations.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Your activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers\' needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is important to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
