Part‑Time HR & Recruitment Consultant (Health & Social Care)

Consultancy | Flexible | Day Rate (DOE)

We’re a growing health & social care organisation looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment processes on a part‑time, flexible consultancy basis.

If you’re confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle and understand the compliance needs of a regulated environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and improve recruitment processes
  • Write and review job adverts
  • Source candidates and complete initial screening
  • Shortlist suitable applicants
  • Support interview and selection processes
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and records
  • Complete pre‑employment checks and onboarding
  • Promote safer recruitment practices
  • Ensure compliance across all recruitment activity
  • Advise on best practice as the business grows

About You

We’re particularly interested in consultants who:

  • Have proven HR and/or recruitment experience
  • Hold relevant HR/recruitment training or qualifications
  • Understand the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Are organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • Have strong knowledge of safer recruitment and compliance
  • Ideally have experience recruiting in health & social care, supported living or other regulated sectors

Experience in health & social care is a significant advantage, but we will also consider strong recruiters with regulated‑sector compliance knowledge.
