Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the post‑production process for all stills & film shoots – from raw assets to final delivery for stills, and from ingest to offline edit for film.
  • Act as the central point of contact between the client, the Art Directors, Retouchers, Editors, Post‑Houses and the Production team (both with the Producers at The Production Factory and the in‑house Production team at Primark).
  • Work closely with the Head of Studios & Operations and the Producers, to manage schedules and workflows, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and in line with the client’s expectations.
  • Coordinate file management, version control and asset handover in accordance with agreed specs, aspect ratios and formats in order to hand over on time.
  • Track edit versions, ensuring all assets are correctly versioned and backed up in line with company standards.
  • Facilitate client feedback and route consolidated, precise notes to Editors and/or Post teams.
  • Ensure final films meet technical specifications and brand guidelines with checks before delivery.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple outputs, including cut downs, captions, subtitles and format conversions for social, web, in‑store and broadcast (where applicable).
  • Liaise with Sound Designers, Voiceover Artists, and Colourists to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Attend the critical‑path meetings with the client and The Production Factory weekly, aligning on timelines, creative direction and adhering to technical requirements.
  • Ensure final imagery is delivered to the highest quality and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve any production or communication challenges that may arise during post.
  • Accurately document all post‑production activity and manage file transfers between teams using platforms like Frame.io, WeTransfer and Dropbox.
  • Support the Marketing team with assets, ensuring they have all final deliverables and launch dates for The Production Factory to use for promotional purposes, and upload all assets to Dominion.
  • Take direction from the team, prioritise and manage a ‘to‑do’ list.
  • Communicate when additional support is required to meet deadlines.
  • Have the confidence to communicate with suppliers, manage technical challenges and workflow.
  • Confidently run with a post‑production project from end to end.
  • Help producers with suggestions on new retouchers / editors.

  • Proven experience as a post‑producer (or similar role) in commercial and/or fashion campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of post‑production processes, including colour correction, cropping and image clean‑up.
  • Strong understanding of editing, colour grading, sound mixing and versioning processes.
  • Ability to leverage existing industry contacts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics workflows and collaboration with animators (preferred).
  • Familiarity with music licensing, rights management and multi‑language deliverables.
  • Ability to manage retouch workflows and ensure brand consistency.
  • Skilled in delivering final assets across multiple formats with technical accuracy and creative alignment.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and manage projects independently.
