HOW OUR TALENT POOLS WORK?

These talent pools are an opportunity for us to reach out and engage with experienced Production Coordinators who want to work with the Kids & Family team. Unfortunately, being in the pool doesn\'t mean you\'ll be guaranteed to work with us, but it does mean you\'ll be considered when opportunities arise.

These pools will form a database for us to refer to when opportunities come up. If we approach you and you are not available, don\'t worry! We understand that\'s the nature of freelance.

Advantages of being in a talent pool:

  • Applying now means you shouldn\'t need to go through an assessment process for future opportunities.
  • You don\'t need to be available now to apply – this is about ensuring you\'re considered for anything we have over the next 12 months.
  • If you don\'t know our Hiring Managers, this is an excellent opportunity to start building relationships with them and show them your skills.
