Program Manager, Global Mobility & Relocation - EMEA and APAC

What To Expect
Tesla's in-house Relocation team is hiring a Program Manager for EMEA and APAC. We build the services that move talent to and within these regions, so people land ready to work on day one. Relocation is the product. Complex moves are part of the job.

What You'll Do

Build and iterate on Tesla's EMEA and APAC relocation program, including the service catalog, case path, and market playbooks, and cut anything that does not earn its place

Own relocation cases end-to-end, including new markets and critical internal transfers, from initiation through arrival

Triage competing priorities, work through jurisdictional requirements with our vendors and internal partners, and unblock transfers so they are completed on time and in compliance

Act as the destination point of contact on employee escalations, so the employee can complete the move without chasing a recruiter or local HR partner

Partner with HR, Payroll, and other teams that support mobility so the employee experiences one move, with one owner

Write the program and process documentation an employee, hiring manager, or HR partner needs before they ask

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience in running several live cases at once, against tight deadlines, with incomplete information

High attention to detail and data accuracy, and a habit of closing the process gap behind a one-off fix

Proven ability to identify a problem, make the case for change, and drive it to completion

First-principles thinking, with a default to action and ownership in unstructured environments

Patience and empathy for people in high-stakes life events, and the judgment to keep the program consistent

Prior experience in mobility or global HR operations is strongly preferred.
