  • Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
  • Leading structured video interviews
  • Reviewing proctored skills assessments
  • Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Review and screen large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy
  • Conduct structured video interviews with applicants
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions
