Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance to create a welcoming and attractive environment for customers. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers. Attend and actively participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide a positive work environment. Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, pricing, and merchandising. Remain knowledgeable about Vodafone's different products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. Ensure compliance with company standards of conduct and confidentiality. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
