Working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Making Possible</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Ensure the timely and accurate generation of customer invoices and the efficient collection of receivables in line with project milestones and contractual terms.<br />• Support the Finance Shared Services team in managing high-volume receivables and cash allocations across multiple projects and service contracts.<br />• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, project managers, and internal teams to resolve billing queries and ensure prompt payment.<br />• Ensure full compliance with company financial policies, industry regulations, and internal controls, particularly in relation to contract billing, retention, and variations.<br />Accountabilities:<br />• Accurately validate and process customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring completeness and correctness of billing data.<br />• Maintain strict adherence to company Service Level Agreements, credit control policies, and financial compliance standards.<br />• Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate cash application and resolution of discrepancies.<br />Support day-to-day receivables operations while contributing to ERP system activities and continuous process improvements.<br />Key Activities:<br />• Validate and process customer invoices and credit notes accurately.<br />• Resolve duplicates, discrepancies, and manage credit note issuance.<br />• Handle high-volume invoicing within SLAs and maintain audit-ready records.<br />• Respond promptly to customer and Commercial queries and manage shared mailboxes.<br />• Reconcile customer accounts and statements efficiently.<br />• Prepare AR reports (aged debt, cash collection) and monitor KPIs.<br />• Implement credit control measures to reduce overdue debt and bad risk.<br />• Apply payments accurately and maintain data integrity in ERP systems (SAP, COINS, Rental Result, Direct Device).<br />• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, escalating issues as needed.<br />• Work to strict deadlines and support ad hoc finance projects.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What’s in it for you?</b></H2> </div><div><p>A challenging and continuously changing environment in a forward-thinking organisation.
