Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser

OneDome Growth Partners

Location: UK-wide (remote / field-based) | Type: Self-employed | Earnings: Uncapped - up to 90% payaway

About OneDome

OneDome is one of the UK's fastest-growing fintech firms, a homebuying platform bringing mortgages, conveyancing and surveys together under one roof. We're not another brokerage with a network bolted on, we're a consumer brand with 20,000+ reviews at 4.9 stars, an award-winning HomeBuyer Service as seen on TV, and an eight-figure TV marketing budget for 2026. Our Growth Partners network has grown exponentially year on year and is still going strong.

The opportunity

We're looking for ambitious, client-first mortgage and protection advisers who want the freedom of self-employment without the isolation. This isn't just another network, it's a community of brokers who grow together, where everyone is invested in each other's success. As a Growth Partner you build a business around your own name, backed by our brand, technology and back-office, with a clear growth path from solo adviser (Seed) to scaling a firm (Grow) to investment and partnership (Scale).

What you'll earn

  • Up to 90% on self-generated mortgage business.
  • Up to 200% on protection, paid on an indemnified basis.
  • £495 per case for mortgage advice through our all-inclusive HomeBuyer Service (mortgage + conveyancing from £999 for the client), with a similar offering for remortgages (OneDome Remo).
  • Referral revenue. Wealth referrals: On average £1,000–£1,250 per successful referral (20% of case value). Protection referrals: 20% of case value if you'd rather not advise on it yourself. Survey referrals: £100 each.
  • Transparent fees. No fixed fees for your first three months. Thereafter a £295 monthly fee applies, which is waived entirely if your monthly banked business exceeds £5,000, so successful advisers don't pay it.

Building your business

  • Real, hands-on help to build your business and your introducer network, with introductions to local estate agents and housebuilders, with BDM support.
  • The potential to top up your own leadflow from our planned advertising campaigns.
  • Help to build your online and social media profile. Your personal and team websites built and managed for you, with mortgage-in-principle and affordability calculators and live rates.
  • Your local Google Business Profile and Facebook business page set up and managed for SEO-driven leads.
  • A full suite of branded marketing materials and a presence at national property and financial events.

Support that actually shows up

  • Full compliance infrastructure, client retention support, and access to differing levels of admin support if required.
  • A state-of-the-art technology platform and sales training academy
  • A dedicated business mentor and recruitment support as you scale.
  • A genuine community that grows together, so having the freedom of self-employment does not mean feeling isolated or alone. When we say you'll get support, we mean it.

An exit plan that actually works

When you decide to retire, we offer to purchase your client book, offering a strong exit strategy and a well-earned terminal value for the business you've built.

Who we're looking for

  • CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) mortgage and protection advisers, ideally with CAS.
  • Experienced self-employed brokers looking for a better home, or employed advisers ready to take the leap with real support behind them.
  • Ambitious, client-first professionals who want to build a business around their own name.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
