<p><strong>Senior Sales Specialist – Histology</strong></p><p><strong>UK Field-Based | National Territory | Capital Equipment</strong></p><p><br></p><p>An opportunity for an experienced <strong>Histology Sales Specialist</strong> to take commercial responsibility for a specialist portfolio of capital equipment and laboratory solutions across the UK.</p><p><br></p><p>Working with NHS and private Histopathology laboratories, you will develop new business, manage strategic accounts and lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluation, tender and commercial close.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a high-autonomy role offering significant ownership of the UK market and the opportunity to influence commercial growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Develop sales across NHS and private Histopathology laboratories</li><li>Sell capital equipment and solutions across the histology workflow</li><li>Build relationships with Histology Managers, Biomedical Scientists, Pathology Leads and procurement teams</li><li>Manage demonstrations, evaluations, tenders and commercial negotiations</li><li>Develop strategic accounts and new business opportunities</li><li>Manage a national pipeline and territory</li><li>Work closely with Applications and Service teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Background</strong></p><p>We are looking for candidates with:</p><ul><li>Sales experience within <strong>Histology, Histopathology or Cellular Pathology</strong></li><li>Experience selling <strong>capital laboratory equipment</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of histology workflows and NHS pathology</li><li>Experience managing complex sales cycles and tenders</li><li>Strong customer relationships within the UK pathology market</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience across <strong>tissue processing, microtomy, cryostats, staining, coverslipping, IHC, embedding or specimen identification</strong> would be particularly relevant.</p><p><br></p><p>Experienced Histology Applications Specialists with strong commercial aptitude may also be considered.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>An excellent opportunity for someone looking for greater autonomy, market ownership and the ability to make a visible commercial impact within a specialist pathology business.</p><p><br></p>
