Social Media & Content Creator - Full Time, Entry Level

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media & Content Creator to help build and grow our brand across social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create engaging content that builds community and drives results.

You'll be involved in everything from developing content concepts and filming to managing community engagement and supporting marketing initiatives. This isn't a role where you'll stay in one narrow lane – you'll wear multiple hats while helping to build something meaningful.

Responsibilities

  • Create, film, edit, and publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, including concepts, hooks, scripts, and captions
  • Maintain a cohesive, polished brand aesthetic while staying current on social trends and cultural moments
  • Manage the day-to-day social content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and posting
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, delivering strong customer service and helping convert engagement into results
  • Track social performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content and strategy
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships from outreach through content delivery and performance tracking
  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and other brand marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the broader team on marketing, e-commerce, and brand-building projects as needed

Skills/background needed

  • No specific number of years of experience required – we care more about initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn quickly
  • A true self-starter who can identify priorities, manage their own workload, and figure things out in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
  • Confident writing copy, captions, hooks, and scripts
  • Comfortable taking high-quality photos and videos
  • Strong visual judgment and an eye for composition, styling, and branding
  • Comfortable using AI tools for brainstorming, writing, and research
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as CapCut or Canva is a plus
  • Experience in social media, content creation, or consumer-facing brands is a plus, but not required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone creative, resourceful, and highly self-motivated who is excited to help grow a brand. You should have strong social instincts, a sharp visual eye, and the confidence to take an idea from concept to execution without needing constant direction.

Because we're a small, growing team, flexibility matters. You should be comfortable switching between creative, customer-facing, and operational tasks, learning as you go, and stepping in wherever you can make an impact.

Above all, we're looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to grow with us. We believe skills can be taught. If you don't check every box but are confident in your ability to learn quickly and figure things out along the way, we'd love to hear from you.
