Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Support the Head of Technology in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

· Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and forecasting.

  • Support vendor security surveys to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Manage compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned, ensuring timely and effective completion.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate.

  • Create and manage applications using Power Apps.

  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric to enhance data management and analytics.

  • Offer support and solutions for contact center technologies and operations.

  • Document processes, solutions, and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing projects to completion.

  • Experience in contact center technologies and operations.

  • Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking.

  • Knowledge of vendor security surveys and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
