Title: Recruiter reputed company of Performance: Leesburg, VA (2x weekly) Employment Type: Full-time reputed company, non-benefited reputed company We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to support our reputed company team by proactively engaging technical professionals in cleared environments. This role focuses on building relationships with candidates through thoughtful reputed company, conversations, and long-term pipeline development-particularly with individuals who may not be reputed company seeking new opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of discretion and trust in cleared reputed company, and is comfortable introducing opportunities through reputed company conversations and personalized engagement.
