We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to oversee one of our specialist services, supporting two males. The two individuals have a combination of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and additional complex conditions.

One individual is a male in his 60s with a severe learning disability, autism (ASD), OCD, and complex partial epilepsy. You will follow all support plans and risk assessments carefully, ensuring that each person’s routines, communication needs, and wellbeing are prioritised throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with their daily activities, personal care where required, and promoting independence in a way that is respectful and person‑centred.
