Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a Christian housing, care, and homelessness charity, in the search for an interim Supported Housing Manager to lead their 19 bed supported housing service in Reigate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the supported housing service.
  • Provide leadership, supervision and development support to a team of support workers.

  • Manage budgets, income and expenditure within agreed parameters.
  • Ensure safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints are managed effectively.
  • Maintain oversight of health and safety, property maintenance and service compliance.
  • Encourage resident involvement and foster a positive, supportive community environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Recent, relevant experience in a housing management role within a not-for-profit organisation, with an understanding of related support services, team leadership, and managing budgets.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the capability to work both independently and in a team.
