Training Development & Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities Training Development & Facilitation • Design, reputed company, and facilitate effective and engaging learning programs, including e-learning, instructor-led (virtual & in-person), and reputed company learning experiences. • Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to conduct training needs analysis. • Create standardized training toolkits including job aids, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, and post-training reinforcement assets. • Support change management efforts through communication and learning strategies reputed company with business transformation. • Apply principles of instructional design and adult learning theory. • Ensure accessibility and inclusive learning design. • Utilize evaluation models to assess training effectiveness and iterate on content.
