<p> Brightwork's reputed company is currently reputed company a Transport Manager who will have full responsibility for the reputed company, compliant and efficient operation of their fleet. You will ensure that reputed company fleet activities adhere to statutory requirements, Operator Licence undertakings and our reputed company's internal standards. <p> As Transport Manager you will reputed company strong leadership to drivers and transport teams, ensuring excellent customer service, high operational performance, and a culture of safety and accountability. </p><p> Responsibilities </p><ul> <li> Transport Compliance & O Licence Management </li><li> reputed company as the named Transport Manager on the reputed company Ireland Operator Licence. </li><li> Ensure full compliance with reputed company Operator Licence requirements, including vehicle maintenance, reputed company hours, reputed company competence and record keeping. </li><li> Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant legislation (DVSA, DVA, Working Time reputed company, tachograph regulations). </li><li> Ensure vehicle inspection schedules, defect reporting systems and maintenance procedures are effective and adhered to. </li><li> Monitor and analyse compliance data (telematics, tacho downloads, inspections, MOT pass rates) and rectify non?conformance promptly. </li><li> reputed company fleet operations across reputed company NI sites. </li><li> Work with reputed company teams and reputed company suppliers to ensure reputed company maintenance and repairs. </li><li> Forecast and plan fleet requirements in line with business reputed company and acquisitions. </li><li> reputed company and support drivers, supervisors and transport coordinators to deliver reputed company and efficient operations. </li><li> Manage reputed company planning, scheduling, tonnage movements and service delivery standards. </li><li> Ensure reputed company responses to customer issues, service delays or operational incidents. </li><li> reputed company strong safety culture including daily briefings, reputed company talks, incident reporting and corrective reputed company follow-reputed company. </li> </ul> <p> Industry Qualifications & Experience </p><p> Essential Experience </p><ul> <li> Proven experience in a transport management role </li><li> Proven experience managing multi-site transport operations. </li><li> Demonstrable experience in reputed company management, compliance and fleet performance. </li> </ul> <p> Qualifications </p><ul> <li> CPC Transport Manager Qualification (Road Haulage) - essential. </li><li> Full UK driving licence (Class 2/Category C desirable but not essential). </li><li> IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent - desirable. </li> </ul> <p> Knowledge & Skills </p><ul> <li> Strong working knowledge of transport legislation and Operator Licence requirements. </li><li> Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills. </li><li> Proficient with transport management systems, telematics, and tachograph analysis tools. </li><li> Strong leadership and communication skills, reputed company to influence and motivate teams. </li><li> Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple sites. </li> </ul> <p> Full-time permanent role </p><p>45 hours per week, Monday to Friday </p><p> This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing business.
