We want a leader who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, apply their strategic acumen, and drive innovation.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, as well as 7+ years of experience leading UX design teams. They should also have a strong portfolio showcasing strong UX design skills, with experience in digital products, web, mobile, and other platforms.The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of UX best practices and demonstrated success in leading user experience initiatives. They should also have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that support the firm’s mission and enable strategic growth.We’re looking for an individual who is a creative problem solver, team player, and visionary leader.
