Work From Home Lead Generation – Early Finishes, No Weekends

Work from home on a basic salary with commission on top, earn time back with every lead you deliver, and never work a weekend. A permanent role for experienced callers who want their effort to show on their payslip.

ABOUT US

Let Us Connect Ltd supports financial advisers across the UK through structured outbound lead generation. Our fully remote team are experienced phone-based salespeople who hit their targets and earn well for it. There's no office, no commute and no one timing your breaks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Using an automated dialler, you'll call members of the public, build rapport quickly, handle objections and identify genuine interest in financial advice. Qualified prospects are passed live to one of our adviser partners. These warm transfers, known as hot-keys, are what you're measured on.

Every lead you deliver earns you two things: commission and time off that same day. The more leads you produce, the earlier you finish. It applies every working day, not just Fridays, and our team uses it regularly.

THE PACKAGE

  • Basic salary that increases with your performance
  • Uncapped commission on top, calculated and paid monthly
  • Early finishes earned with every lead, on any day of the week
  • Permanent contract and fully remote working within the UK
  • Practical coaching from senior callers who've worked the phones
