Interested in gaining hands-on experience with a growing, fully remote Neurodiversity Assessment Service?

If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Autism and/or ADHD Assessor role at Mindler.

About Mindler

Founded in Sweden in 2018, Mindler is a digital mental health platform supporting adults with mild to moderate mental health needs. We launched in the UK in 2021 and have been committed to providing fast access to high-quality care—while building the best workplace for clinicians. Recently, our service has expanded to include Neurodiversity assessments for adults, and we’re growing our team.

Why Work With Us

At Mindler, you’re in control. Work the hours that suit you—from early mornings to evenings or weekends—completely remotely. You decide what fits your lifestyle.

Our clinicians are supported by a dedicated Care Coordination Team who handle client communication and logistics. They’ll also be there to assist with any escalations, referrals, or safeguarding situations, so you can focus on what you do best: delivering excellent clinical care.

About the Role

We are recruiting for Autism and/or ADHD Assessors to conduct remote assessments with adult clients.

  • Autism assessments are carried out by two clinicians: one administers the ADOS-informed assessment and the other conducts the ADI-R.
  • ADHD assessments are also completed collaboratively, with two different clinicians involved: one conducts the DIVA-5 assessment, and the other completes the Mental Health Assessment (MHA).
  • Experience in ADOS-2 and ADI-R is essential for Autism assessors, and experience with DIVA is required for ADHD roles. While the ability to conduct both Autism and ADHD assessments is desirable, it’s not essential.

This role is ideal for motivated clinicians who want to be part of a supportive, high-performance team within an innovative digital healthcare setting.

  • Registration with a relevant UK professional body, with no restrictions on practice
  • Certified training in ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R and/or DIVA
  • At least 2 years of post-certification diagnostic experience working with adults
  • Experience conducting remote assessments is desirable
  • Understanding of trauma and mental health in adults to support differential diagnosis
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Right to work in the UK
