Ready for Something Different?

Tired of working hard without seeing the rewards? Looking for a career where your personality, ambition and effort can actually make a difference?

At Motion Marketing LDN, we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Sales & Events team.

We work with recognised UK brands, delivering face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns at busy events and retail locations across London and the UK.

We're not looking for years of experience or the perfect CV. We're looking for people with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to build something for themselves.

Whether you're looking for your first career opportunity or ready for a complete change, we'll provide the training, support and opportunities to help you develop.

The opportunity is simple: learn new skills, improve your performance, increase your earning potential and work towards genuine career progression.

Why Join Motion Marketing?Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

We believe your effort and performance should be reflected in your earnings.

You'll receive guaranteed base pay alongside an uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your income as your skills and results improve.

£30,000–£45,000+ realistic first-year OTE.

Our established top performers achieve £70,000+ annual earnings, demonstrating the potential available to those who consistently perform at a high level.

There is no fixed ceiling on your commission earnings.

Full Training – No Experience Necessary

Never worked in sales before? That's absolutely fine.

We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

You'll learn how to confidently approach customers, build rapport, understand customer needs, communicate effectively, present products and services, and guide customers through the sales process.

You'll work alongside experienced team members and managers who will support your development from day one.

We hire for attitude and train for skill.

Monday–Friday – No Two Days the Same

If the idea of sitting behind a desk all day doesn't appeal to you, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

Our team works at pre-booked events, promotional locations and busy retail venues, interacting with different customers every day.

It's a fast-paced, people-focused environment where you'll be developing your communication skills, building confidence and working towards new goals.

Genuine Career Progression

We're an expanding company, and we're looking for people who want to grow alongside us.

We believe in developing our own talent and promoting internally based on performance, ability and personal development.

For those who demonstrate the right qualities, there are opportunities to progress beyond sales and develop skills in:

Sales → Coaching → Recruitment → Leadership → Team Management → Business Development

Whether your goal is to become a top-performing sales professional or eventually move into a leadership or management position, we'll help you understand the steps needed to get there.

Who Are We Looking For?

Personality and attitude matter more to us than previous experience.

Some of the strongest people in sales come from backgrounds you wouldn't necessarily expect.

You might currently work in hospitality, retail, construction, customer service, recruitment, sport, fitness or another people-focused environment.

You might have recently finished education, be looking for a fresh start or simply want an opportunity with greater earning and progression potential.

You'll be a great fit if you're someone who:

  • Has ambition: You want to improve your earnings, skills and future opportunities.
  • Enjoys people: You're comfortable starting conversations and meeting new people.
  • Likes a challenge: You enjoy having targets and something to work towards.
  • Is willing to learn: You take feedback positively and want to keep improving.
  • Has resilience: You understand that success comes from consistency, not just having a good day.
  • Takes ownership: You're motivated to make the most of the opportunities available to you.

You don't need to arrive with all the answers. You just need the right mindset and the willingness to put what you learn into practice.

What Will You Actually Be Doing?

You'll be representing established UK brands at pre-booked events and retail locations across London and the UK, primarily within the energy sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, introducing our clients' products and services, understanding individual customer requirements and helping interested customers through the sales process.

You'll work towards individual performance goals, receive regular feedback and take part in ongoing training to help you continuously develop.

As your experience grows, you'll also have opportunities to support newer team members and develop your leadership abilities.

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing sales role, not telephone sales or an office-based call centre position.

We want people who enjoy working hard, being part of a team and making the most of the opportunities that come with strong performance.
